Straight 380m

Located about 2 1/2 hours west of Sydney Bathurst host a well planned grass track with a good length straight.

The 1400m, 1300m & 1200m starting points give  good run to the first turn, as does the 2000m start at the top of the straight.

The shorter distances such as 1000m & 1100m can be a bit tricky for horses drawn out. Inside barriers an advantage here.

The straight is quite wide so most horses get their chance to win should they have had a nice run in transit.
