Tight turning grass track in Sydney's inner west. Front runners are generally favoured given the short straight.

The 1250m & 1200m starting points are okay with a nice run to the first turn where the track starts an uphill climb.

The 1550m starting point is diabolical for any horse drawn outside barrier 4 or 5. A tough run awaits any horse caught 3/4 wide from the 1550m. Arguably one of the worst starting points in Australian racing.

The 1900m also favours inside drawn runners with outside drawn horses having to go forward and be used up early to get across, or drop out and hope for luck.
