Small grass track built in a now densely populated area about 2km west of Surfers Paradise.

The track is too small to host some of the meetings that it does, especially the Magic Millions day in January.

Only really one ideal starting point, and that is the 1400m where almost a 400m run to the first turn.

The 1200m & 1000m starting points are dreadful for those drawn wide in big fields. Always plenty of pace on in these events. Nevertheless, inside barriers a distinct advantage.

The 1800m start is okay, although runners don't want to be trapped deep come the first turn because that is where they will stay for the entire trip.
