Conditions of Sale
These conditions of sale
shall apply to all sales of thoroughbred horses through
Gallopers Australiawide Bloodstock.
Gallopers Australia Wide
Bloodstock advertises details of horses in good faith but
will make no warranties express or implied as to the veracity of
any of the details of any horse or its fitness for purpose.
Advertising and
Commission Rates
All advertising is free on
www.gallopers.com.au with no time limit.
Gallopers will charge the purchaser on selling of the horse,
the following rates:-
$0 -
$5,000: $500.00 (or by negotiation)
$5,000 upwards
: 10% of selling cost.
This amount will be added on
to the cost of the horse and will be payable by the purchaser.
The only exception to this
will be where the purchaser is referred directly to the vendor
and the transaction is finalised between those two parties. Once
the purchaser pays for the horse directly to the vendor, this
commission amount will then be payable by the vendor to
Gallopers Australiawide Bloodstock.
All Accounts are 7 days only.
All outstanding accounts will be dealt by with the pertinent
state racing authorities, The Australian Stud Book and/or
outside collection agencies.
All potential purchasers are
advised to check all details supplied by us for any
inaccuracies.
Potential purchasers are
strongly advised to satisfy themselves that the horse of
interest is checked by a veterinarian and that the
purchaser reads and understands the report handed to them from
the veterinarian, including the soundness and suitability of the
horse in question.
While all care will be taken
in helping a prospective buyer choose a suitable horse,
Gallopers Australiawide Bloodstock will in no way be held
responsible once the monetary transaction has taken place.
All horses must be paid for in full before transportation. The
selling process is completed after all financial transactions
have been completed (from the Purchaser to Gallopers to the
Vendor).

Bloodstock will endeavour to help in every way in the process of
securing passports and/or transfer of ownership paperwork,
however can in no way be held responsible if vendors refuse to
give up documents for any given reason.
Gallopers Australiawide
Bloodstock will in no way be held responsible if vendors
withdraw horses during the selling process.
Gallopers Australian Wide
Bloodstock will not be held responsible for any injuries to any
horse, but will try and keep buyers informed if an injury occurs
after we have listed a horse on this site.
All transactions will be by either cash or direct bank
transfer.
