We advise all purchasers to obtain written confirmation from a qualified veterinarian as to fitness for purpose of any horse sold via this web site.  Should a veterinary certificate be obtained, then Gallopers cannot be held responsible for the contents of said veterinary certificate. Should a client decide not to obtain  a veterinary certificate prior to purchase of any horse advertised on this web site, then every client must agree that the purchase was undertaken of his own free will with full knowledge a veterinary certificate was not required in the purchase of the said horse. Gallopers can not be held responsible for the well being of any horse sold via this web site before, during or after contract of sale if the horse's sold are not in Gallopers control.

All products and services are offered in good faith. Clients should obtain prices in writing prior to any subscription or purchase. One selling price will be offered by Gallopers for each service or product. This single selling price will include any fee or commission retained by Gallopers and include GST if applicable.
